Shana Zamarron

Shana N. Zamarron is a “Jill of All Trades” Operations Manager with a passion for training and developing people, a healthy obsession for organization, and an eye for staging and design. Shana understands the indisputable value of time and relationships. Throughout her career, Shana has earned the exclusive 4-H Award as a Training Manager for Bath & Body Works, Top Percent Over Ly Sales from Victoria’s Secret Beauty, and Educator of the Year from Ogle School of Hair, Skin, Nails. 

Ryan and Shana Zamarron met while working together at Group W Productions, an event production company. They immediately clicked and set their sights on the future. The Z Family Circus was officially established on May 23rd, 2015 when the two were joined in marriage “Under the Big Top”.  Their three children, Chloe, Ridge and Finn complete the Z Family Circus. They love to travel and enjoy new experiences together, as a family.

Shana also dedicates her time to Central Christian Church in Weatherford, Texas. As a Youth Sponsor, she spends most Wednesday nights with the high school students. Shana is also an advocate for mental health. She is a supporter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and has helped to continue to bring mental health issues into forefront discussions for her community.
